Qi Gong Classes

Susan is a Certified Qi Gong Instructor. Classes are offered throughout the week. Call or Email for current and upcoming classes. Any age and fitness level welcome!

Qi Gong (pronounced “chee-gung”) is a time honored holistic practice of exercise and healing techniques that incorporates breathing exercises, body postures, gentle movements and mental concentration as well as self acupressure.

Qi Gong Open is the flow of energy in the meridians used in acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
Slow gentle movements warm and stretch tendons, ligaments and muscles; Tone of my organs and connective tissue; and promote circulation of fluids (blood, lymph, synovial).
